Union LA and Jordan Brand are collaborating again in 2025, launching a clothing collection together. Although footwear has not yet been confirmed, we expect it to include at least one sneaker model.
Several rumors have been circulating recently about a possible Air Jordan x Union LA collaboration. One of the rumors was that these brands would launch an Air Jordan 3 Retro during 2025. Unfortunately, in this case the “leak” turned out to be a pair of custom sneakers from 2021 and not an actual sample or a real “early” pair.

However, the rumor is true, the two brands do indeed have a collaboration scheduled for Spring 2025. For now, only the apparel from the collection has been confirmed, but we expect to see at least one pair of sneakers released at the same time.
According to internal documents, several apparel items will release during the first months of the year. These include T-shirts, hoodies, track jackets and track pants. The clothing uses the color schemes "Hyper Cobalt", "Dutch Blue", "Thunder Blue" and "Diffused Blue". They also incorporate "Light Orewood Brown", "Black" and "Varsity Red". The "Diffused Blue" and "Varsity Red" color schemes also appear on two pairs of footwear, but it is not yet known whether these are collaborations with Union LA or with another partner brand.
Although the footwear in the collection has not been confirmed, it is possible that this is one of the two pairs of Air Jordan Retro SP that no one has managed to identify so far. While one of the pairs (an AJ1) has "Varsity Red" in its color scheme, the other (an AJ3) uses the "Diffused Blue" color. Considering that the products in the collection are predominantly blue, it is very likely that this Air Jordan 3 Retro SP will be a Union LA collaboration.
However, it is important to mention that the footwear in the collection has not been confirmed. We are not sure that the Air Jordan 3 model (or Air Jordan 1) is the one chosen by the brand, as this is simply an assumption based on the colors of the apparel collection. It is unlikely that the brands will collaborate and release only clothing without including at least one pair of sneakers in the collection.
When is the Union x Jordan Brand collaboration releasing?
The Union LA x Air Jordan collection is releasing during Spring 2025. At the moment, the launch has not been confirmed by Nike. In general, the company avoids discussing potential future collaborations. However, we do have confirmation that the products are part of the Jordan Brand release calendar during Spring 2025.
