Nike has recently published official images of the Air Jordan 8 Retro "Knicks", confirming the pair is part of the upcoming Holiday 2026 lineup. Knicks colorways are trending across Nike's recent basketball conversation after the New York Knicks won the 2025 NBA championship, with the color scheme also scheduled to appear in 2027 on an Air Jordan 2.
The pair comes with style code IX8479-010, an official "Black / Multi-Color / Multi-Color" colorway, a $215 retail price, and is releasing on December 24th, 2026. The upper uses black synthetic overlays and perforated panels, with a padded textile tongue, woven laces, and a hook-and-loop ankle strap carrying embroidered 23 branding. Royal-blue eyelets and sidewall panels contrast with orange heel pull tabs and sculpted midsole sections, while the black rubber outsole adds blue-and-orange graphics and circular traction pods.
