Jordan Brand has recently published official images of the Air Jordan 9 Retro Boot NRG "Iridescent", confirming the pair is part of the upcoming Holiday 2026 lineup. The pair leans on Anthracite through the upper, with iridescent quarter and toe-box panels, a rugged boot sole, and contrasting light gray hardware.
The pair comes with style code IX8455-060, an official "Anthracite / Multi-color / Multi-color / Multi-color" colorway, a $240 retail price, and is currently expected to release during Holiday 2026. The predominantly black and anthracite upper combines iridescent smooth toe-box panels, iridescent quarter panels, raised diamond-textured inserts, fuzzy anthracite mudguard overlays, a fuzzy collar, black round laces, contrasting light gray hooks, a padded tongue, a light gray Air Jordan label, a rear pull loop, a circular Jordan heel emblem, and white 23 embroidery. The boot tooling uses a thick black midsole, rugged deep-lug outsole, dense diamond-textured rubber, segmented traction zones, white Jumpman branding at the heel tab and heel-side outsole window, and sharp black-and-white contrast. At the time of writing this article, Nike has not confirmed the release date for the upcoming Air Jordan 9 Retro.
