Nike Basketball is launching several teambank colorways of the Nike Kobe 8 Protro during Fall 2024, including the "Lakers Home" colorway.
After fans asked for more Nike Kobe models to be available at retail, Nike is responding with a “Teambank” pack, available at more stores in larger quantities during upcoming seasons, using color schemes that are easy to match with basketball uniforms. The new Nike Kobe 8 Protro "Lakers Home" comes with an all-white upper, a purple Swoosh, and a white midsole. The large Kobe logo on the heel is done in yellow, just like the one on the tongue. The athlete’s signature also appears on the heel in purple. The model is releasing during Fall 2024 at specialty basketball retailers. The pairs from the Teambank range will also receive frequent restocks during every season in the near future.
When is the Nike Kobe 8 Protro “Lakers Home” releasing?
The Nike Kobe 8 Protro "Lakers Home" is releasing during Fall 2024 on Nike.com and at select Nike Basketball retailers. At the moment, Nike has not yet announced an exact release date. However, the pair is part of the Nike Fall 2024 season, so we expect it to launch sometime between July and September 2024. A possible release date is September 6, 2024.
