Kith and New Balance Announce Permanent Retail Partnership in West Hollywood

Kith and New Balance are opening New Balance at Kith, a permanent collaborative retail space in West Hollywood that extends the brands' partnership into a dedicated home on Sunset Boulevard. The new shop deepens the long-running relationship by bringing apparel, footwear, and Japanese menswear into one location.

New Balance at Kith will carry men's and women's New Balance apparel, collaborative Kith & New Balance collections, third-party menswear, and a Footwear Wall with more than 200 pairs of men's, women's, and kids' silhouettes. The wall brings together lifestyle, performance running, basketball, and tennis styles in a way that gives the space a broader mix than a typical New Balance store in the area.

The store also becomes the exclusive American distributor of New Balance Grey and will house the New Balance Skate collection and New Balance Made in USA. Future additions will include New Balance: Tokyo Design Studio and the Shohei Ohtani collection, while Kith & New Balance footwear such as the sold-out 99X Series remains part of the lineup.

Kith & New Balance apparel and accessories are also part of the new retail experience, with the Summer 2026 collection centered on lightweight technical jackets, graphic tees, jerseys, matching bottoms, headwear, socks, and active accessories. The range will arrive exclusively at New Balance at Kith on Friday, June 26th, before a broader global release follows on Monday, June 29th.

According to Kith, the menswear curation is designed to feel new for Los Angeles while reflecting a shared appreciation for Japanese design. The assortment leans into Japanese labels including vowels, Neighborhood, Auralee, Levi's Made & Crafted, Made in Japan, and Porter.

To mark the opening and Kith's 15th year, Ronnie Fieg and New Balance are also introducing the 2011, an original silhouette designed to reflect the brand's past, present, and future. The model arrives in four colorways - Leaf, Sakura, Redwood, and Bark - alongside watercolor-inspired packaging and premium suede-and-leather construction.

When is New Balance at Kith opening?

New Balance at Kith opens Friday, June 26th, 2026 at the Kith West Hollywood flagship on Sunset Boulevard, and the Summer 2026 assortment will debut there first. The broader Kith & New Balance Summer 2026 release follows on Monday, June 29th, 2026. That staggered schedule ties the opening to Kith's late-June anniversary moment and the first drop inside the new retail space. The rollout stays anchored to the final week of June, with West Hollywood getting early access before the wider release closes out the month.
