According to internal Nike documents, Patta Amsterdam is set to collaborate with Nike Sportswear on a clothing and footwear collection during the Summer of 2025. The rumors have not yet been confirmed by Nike or by store employees.
UPDATE 12/10/2024: Edson Sabajo (one of Patta’s founders) posted a photo today on Instagram showing a pair of Patta x Nike Air Max 90. According to multiple sources, the 2025 collaboration between the two brands will take place on the Nike Air Max 90 silhouette.
Although it is too early to discuss official information, several internal Nike documents indicate that the two brands are set to collaborate again during the Summer of 2025. The collection is expected to include both apparel and at least one sneaker model. The footwear model is not yet known, but it is possible they will collaborate again on an Air Span 2 QS during 2025, considering that Nike is bringing this model back.
The new collaboration between Patta and Nike includes track jackets, track pants and short-sleeve T-shirts. They come in the "Black", "Particle Grey", "Deep Ocean", "Cyber", "Sapphire", "Matte Silver", "Smoke Grey", "Squadron Blue", "Dark Obsidian", "Rush Red", "Gym Red" and "University Red" color schemes. We expect to see at least two or three colorways for each apparel item.
Although the footwear in the collection has not been confirmed, it is possible that it will be an Air Span 2 QS. In 2019, Patta was supposed to release a Nike Air Span 2 QS "Jetstream", but the launch was later canceled. The product page is still visible on AFEW, a store from Germany. They uploaded the product before the official release date during 2019. As a result, it is possible that Patta will finally release this pair, with the colors being relatively similar to those featured on the apparel collection. However, it is important to mention once again that the pair of sneakers in the collection has not yet been confirmed.
When is the Patta x Nike Sportswear collection releasing?
The new Patta x Nike collection is releasing during the Summer of 2025 on Nike SNKRS and at select Nike Sportswear partner retailers. At the moment, the release date has not been confirmed by either brand. However, we expect the model to start appearing from April 2024, which is the first month of the Summer 2025 season.
