Nike is launching the Mad 90 Pack, a new footwear-and-apparel capsule that reworks four influential Nike Football boots into lifestyle-ready Air Max 90 expressions.
The pack channels the original Hypervenom, Mercurial Vapor 2002, Total 90 Laser and 2005 Tiempo into contemporary sportswear silhouettes, each paired with matching apparel inspired by football communities in Los Angeles, Korea, England and China. Nike frames the project as a broader cultural statement that carries football identity beyond the pitch.
For readers tracking individual pairs, the Air Max 90 Hypervenom reinterprets the 2013 boot with aggressive lines and high-contrast color cues; the Air Max 90 Mercurial channels the fluid, speed-focused look of the Mercurial Vapor 2002; the Air Max 90 Laser 90 carries Total 90-inspired strike-zone and graphic detailing into AM90 tooling; and the Air Max 90 Tiempo brings premium leather and quilted details from the 2005 original into a modern sportswear build.
As Nike puts it, each product "carries the attitude, energy and emotion of a specific football era that lives on in memory," extending that legacy to a new generation of athletes and fans.
Each footwear style is paired with a complementary apparel capsule: Hypervenom reflects the fusion of identities in Los Angeles, Mercurial nods to the Korean Wave, Total 90 references classic yellow hits from early-2000s Nike Football, and Tiempo blends football culture with Chinese punk-rock spirit.
When is Nike Mad 90 Pack releasing?
The Mad 90 Pack footwear and apparel will launch via nike.com and select Nike partner retailers. The global release begins May 11, followed by a North America rollout on May 21. This places the capsule in Nike’s late-spring 2026 football-inspired sportswear window. The May timing also positions the collection ahead of summer lifestyle and tournament-adjacent demand.
