Nike Sportswear is re-releasing the iconic Nike Air Max Craze "Black / Bright Citrus" during the Summer of 2025, 24 years after its original launch.
You can’t stop the Craze madness – and why would you? Originally released in 2001, the Air Max Craze combines innovative design with a bold look, highlighted by its zip-up shroud and distinctive heel stabilizer. Born from Nike’s experimental Alpha Project division, the Air Max Craze redefined how we perceive Air Max technology, bringing a fresh, visionary energy to the sneaker world. Today it makes a powerful return, staying true to the original style and putting pure creativity and an unconventional spirit back in the spotlight.
The model comes with product code FZ2089-001 and the "Black/Bright Citrus/White/Platinum Tint" color scheme. The pair features a fully black stretchy upper, a white midsole and orange accents. Max Air branding and the five iconic dots proudly celebrate the Alpha Project legacy. The new Air Max Craze is releasing in an extended women’s size run, from 5 US to 16.5 US. Whether you are wearing it for the first time or reliving the feeling, the Air Max Craze is ready to take your style and comfort to a new level.
