Playful retro-graphics vibe with layers of ’90s athletics aesthetics for a look that celebrates 50 years of Nike innovation. This throwback twist doesn’t mean we’ve stepped back from cutting-edge design—the super-soft Air cushioning and durable construction make it your must-have wardrobe staple for the next 50 years.
Recently, the Christian Tresser-designed silhouette appeared in a mix of muted, autumn-ready off-whites and black, and eye-catching, bold blues across its suede and mesh construction. Center vamp overlays and the spine areas to which they connect steal the spotlight with their rich blue hue, while lace loops and layered swooshes at the lateral heel also join the mix. The Air Max units bring some of the upper’s statement-making flair underfoot, keeping things standard from Tresser’s original design from 1995
