Ronnie Fieg for ASICS GEL-LYTE III Remastered “Salmon Toe” returns for Kith’s fifteenth anniversary, revisiting the collaboration that helped define the brand from its earliest days. The commemorative release brings back the original 2011 colorblocking on a remastered version of the silhouette.
Kith opened its first store in Brooklyn on September 30, 2011, alongside the debut of the original “Salmon Toe.” As the brand’s first collaborative footwear release, the colorway became one of Fieg’s most recognized designs and remains closely tied to Kith’s origin story. Its legacy continues to serve as an enduring symbol of the brand’s beginnings.
Both Fieg and ASICS have returned to the “Salmon Toe” for milestone editions before, including a navy-midsole version for Kith’s fifth anniversary and a GEL-LYTE V interpretation for its tenth. For year fifteen, the original colorblocking returns for the first time on the Fieg-helmed GEL-LYTE III Remastered, carrying the design into Kith’s next chapter. The result reconnects the anniversary with the silhouette that helped establish Kith’s identity.
Premium construction comes through a pigskin nubuck upper with perforations across the vamp and quarter panels. Asymmetrical ASICS and FIEG branding appears across the split tongues and heel tabs, while ASICS and Kith 15th Anniversary artwork lands on the footbeds. A custom shoebox with all-over wood grain artwork and co-branding completes the nod to Kith’s first store.

The Ronnie Fieg for ASICS GEL-LYTE III Remastered “Salmon Toe” releases globally through all Kith stores, Kith’s online store, and the Kith App. The pair launches Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11 AM EST/GMT/CET/JST. It arrives during Kith’s fifteenth-anniversary celebration and during the Fall 2026 release window.
