After multiple rumors about the release of the famous Patta x Nike Air Max 1 "Chlorophyll", the launch has been officially confirmed by employees at Patta Amsterdam.

UPDATE 09/26/2024: According to Stashed SNKRS and other industry sources, the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 "Chlorophyll" is releasing on the Nike SNKRS app tomorrow, September 27, 2024. The release will follow a "Shock Drop" format, possibly even "SNKRS Cam".
UPDATE 09/05/2024: Nike has released the official images of the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 "Chlorophyll" edition that is launching during 2024. The pair comes with a special box and an extra set of green laces. The insoles feature the design of a 20 euro banknote.

Originally released in 2009 for the 5th anniversary of the Patta brand, the 15-year-old pair is returning during Fall 2024. Although rumors had been circulating since the beginning of the year, the release was only confirmed in July 2024, when store employees and owners posted a photo wearing the Retro version. Until now, Nike has never re-released any Patta x Nike Air Max from the past. This release marks the first time such an important collaboration appears in a retro version. However, this decision fits perfectly with the brand’s current direction. We also recently learned that the famous Undefeated x Air Jordan 4 is coming back. We expect to see more retro collaborations in the future.
The pair comes with a predominantly green upper, using white and grey on the upper. The mudguard is entirely green, featuring a mini Swoosh on the side. Green is also used for the Swoosh logo. The mesh is white, as is the inner lining. The side panel is grey, providing a fitting contrast.
The Patta x Nike Air Max 1 is releasing during Fall 2024. The release has not yet been confirmed by Nike. However, according to some store employees, the pair is releasing on September 14, 2024. The first photo of the Retro version surfaced from AZ Captures on IG. As part of the team preparing the store for the launch, a photo of the new model was posted on Instagram Story. The 2024 version looks identical to the 2009 version. Only the shape is not identical, but it is very close to the original.
When is the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “Chlorophyll” releasing?
The model will most likely release on Nike.com and at the Patta store in Amsterdam. For now, this information has not been confirmed by the two brands. However, on AZ Captures’ story you can see how the employees have already prepared the store for the launch.
