The Nike Shox R4 "Metallic Silver" pair comes with a metallic grey and black upper, set on a red Shox cushioning midsole. The outsole is black, featuring three red circles aligned with the Shox columns in the midsole. The pair is releasing under the same product code as the 2018 edition, as this is a restock.
