
Nike Basketball and Vanessa Bryant are preparing a new Nike Kobe 6 Protro in the "Total Orange / Metallic Silver" color scheme for Fall 2024.
UPDATE 04/07/2025: Nike released official images today of the new Nike Kobe 6 Protro "Total Orange". The brand has not yet announced a release date. However, multiple industry sources have confirmed that the pair is scheduled to launch on July 18, 2025.
Information about the new Kobe Bryant signature pair first appeared on Twitter from Sneaker Files and zSneakerHeadz, where they posted a mock-up of the product along with the color scheme. They did not mention a product code for this release. The pair comes with product codes IH1871-800 (Men's SKU) and FV9676-800 (Kids' SKU). The color scheme used is "Total Orange / Metallic Silver / Cosmic Clay". At the moment, the color blocking is not known. It is possible that the entire upper will be orange, using silver accents for the Swoosh logo, while the third color ("Cosmic Clay") will be used for other details. The model will release in both men's and kids' sizes. For now, the brand has not yet confirmed the release rumors. In general, Nike and Vanessa Bryant avoid confirming rumors about limited-edition releases.
When is the Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Total Orange” releasing?
The Nike Kobe 6 Protro "Total Orange" is scheduled to release during Fall 2024 on Nike.com and at select Nike Basketball retailers. For now the brand has not yet announced an exact release date. However, we already know that the new colorway is part of the Nike Fall 2025 seasonal catalog. As a result, we expect the pair to launch sometime between July and September 2025.
