The Nike Dunk continues to dominate wish-lists everywhere, Peter Moore’s 37-year-old silhouette keeps appearing in kid’s-exclusive styles that’ll help it last for another 37 years.
While not officially touted as a New York sports team-inspired colorway, the upcoming pair indulges in an orange and blue color combination reminiscent of the beloved Knicks, Islanders and Mets. Base layers on the kid’s Nike Dunk opt for an off-white look that allows for the overlays throughout the pair to pop that much more. Profile swooshes indulge in a gradient finish that’s similar to certain special editions of the Air Force 1. Ruby-colored flair enters the mix on the tongue label, upper heel panel and Air Jordan 1-like tread, complimenting the slightly-yellowed midsole.
