Nike is planning to bring the Air Max TW (or Tailwind) series back to life, set to release a new Air Max TW "Total Orange" pair around Nike Air Max Day.
Although the pair does not feature any special logo for Air Max Day, the “AMD” abbreviation in the product name makes us believe it is dedicated to the famous celebration held in March. The model comes with an upper in a red-to-orange gradient, accompanied by black leather panels. The sole is colored grey, with a black TPU plate in the heel area. The Air unit is orange, matching the rest of the details such as the Nike logos on the heel and tongue. On the insole, the letter “X” in the “AIR MAX” text is also colored orange, serving as yet another indicator of a possible release for Nike Air Max Day.
When is the Nike Air Max TW AMD “Total Orange” releasing?
Although Nike has not yet officially announced a release date, several retailers in Europe have already put the pair up for sale. See images below of the Nike Air Max TW AMD "Total Orange" as we wait for more release details from Nike and its Nike Sportswear partner retailers.
