Nike is re-releasing the women's Nike Air Force 1 Low "Sashiko" during the Summer of 2024, originally launched during the Spring of 2021.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Sashiko” comes with an upper that uses multiple patterns, inspired by Japanese stitching art (Sashiko). The mudguard is decorated with black and blue woven patterns, while the toebox features a diagonal white and blue stripe pattern. The Swoosh logo is a clean white, separating all the different stitch patterns and providing proper contrast. The same can be said about the overlay around the lacing area. On the tongue there is a white label with a red Nike Air Force 1 logo, which is also found on the insole. The outsole is an icy white, revealing the “Just Do It” text written in Japanese. Last but not least, the golden Nike text on the heel has been replaced with a Kanji version.
