After almost 10 years since the last release, Jordan Brand is preparing to launch the Air Jordan 5 "Black Metallic" again in 2025.
UPDATE 01/25/2025: Nike released official images today of the new Air Jordan 5 Retro "Black Metallic". The release date has not yet been confirmed by the brand. However, according to several industry sources, the pair may launch on February 8, 2025.
It is far too early to discuss official images or an official release date. However, multiple sources have already confirmed that Air Jordan is set to bring back the "Metallic" color scheme on the Air Jordan 5 silhouette. Even though the exact color blocking is not yet known, the "Black / White / Metallic Silver / Fire Red" color scheme suggests a retro take on the famous 1990 model. The shoe will release in unisex sizing, ranging from 35.5 to 52.5 EU. The release date is not yet known, but the pair is expected to launch in February 2025.

The Air Jordan 5 Retro "Black Metallic" is releasing during Spring 2025 on Nike SNKRS and at select Air Jordan Retro partner stores. At the moment, Nike has not yet communicated an official release date. However, according to certain internal sources, the Sneaker Market Romania team believes the pair will release on February 8, 2025.
