Jordan Brand is launching the new Air Jordan 4 Low version (called the Air Jordan 4 RM) in the "Canyon Rust" colorway during Fall 2024.

After several leaked photos, Nike has finally released the official images of the Air Jordan 4 RM "Canyon Rust". The model features a predominantly black upper with white panels and red accents. The midsole has been artificially yellowed, giving the 2024 pair a vintage look. The outsole is red, but the shade used ("Canyon Rust") is muted and low in saturation. The Nike Air logo appears on the heel in white, just like on an Air Jordan 4 Retro OG. The shoe is releasing in men’s sizing from 7 US to 16 US. The "Canyon Rust" color scheme is also releasing in kids' sizes, including Grade School (GS), Preschool (PS) and Toddler (TD).
The abbreviation “RM” stands for “REMIX” or “REMASTERED”, representing the Air Jordan “Takedown” product range. The Air Jordan 4 RM is the new Air Jordan 4 model, often compared by some people to a “Team Jordan” model during recent discussions, although there are a few substantial differences between the two, the first one certainly being the cost of the products.
The “Team Jordan” product line aims to make products more accessible, offering an excellent price but using lower-quality materials. At the same time, the “Takedown” product line consists of products designed to recreate successful Jordan models, using existing elements from popular pairs such as Air Jordan Retro. The new Air Jordan 4 RM model is more similar to the Jordan Spizike, as it is inspired by Air Jordan Retro silhouettes. The inspiration is clear – the Air Jordan 4 – with the RM representing its low-cut version.
When is the Air Jordan 4 RM “Canyon Rust” releasing?
The Air Jordan 4 RM "Canyon Rust" is releasing during Fall 2024 on Nike.com and at select Air Jordan partner stores. For now, Nike has not yet communicated an official release date.
