A Ma Maniere is collaborating once again with Jordan Brand during the Summer of 2025, this time launching another Air Jordan 5 in the "Burgundy Crush" colorway.
UPDATE 01/04/2025: According to multiple industry sources, the new A Ma Maniere x Air Jordan 5 Retro "Burgundy Crush" is releasing on May 14, 2025. The release date has not yet been confirmed by Nike.
Nike is celebrating 35 years since the launch of the Air Jordan 5 in 2025. To mark the anniversary, they are releasing several OG colorways as well as new collaborations. Among the OG colorways are both “Grape” and “Black Metallic”. The collaborations include a project with A Ma Maniere. This collaboration represents the 4th Air Jordan 5 done with James Whitner’s store. The information first appeared from Elden Monitors on X (formerly Twitter). He published the color scheme and a possible release date. The sneakers come in the “White / Violet Ore / Burgundy Crush / Black” color scheme. For now, Nike has not confirmed the release. In general, they avoid confirming rumors about upcoming drops.
The "Violet Ore" color is also featured on the Nike Air Max 95 collaboration, while "Burgundy Crush" appears on the Air Jordan 12 collaboration. The color palette is familiar and typical for Nike x A Ma Maniere collaborations. In addition to the "Burgundy Crush" colorway, the two brands are also releasing an Air Jordan 5 "Diffused Blue".
