Adidas Originals is teaming up with JJJJound to release three different colorways of the Adidas Samba. Two of the three pairs are set to be produced in Germany, featuring premium materials but also a higher retail price than regular Samba models. The collaboration has not been officially announced yet, however Justin Saunders has already posted photos of all three pairs, and Adidas has already released official images of the first pair in the "Off White" color scheme.
The silhouette the two brands are collaborating on is the adidas Samba, which has been one of the most popular adidas models lately. Originally a football boot, the model has gradually been transformed into a lifestyle sneaker. The first two pairs will be manufactured in Germany, using premium materials and coming with a retail price of 1249 lei (€250). The two "Made in Germany" color schemes are "Off-White" and "Core Black". These two simple colorways blend perfectly with JJJJound’s aesthetic. The third color scheme, "Mesa" (brown), will have a lower price (799 lei / €160), but it will not be produced in Germany.
When is the JJJJound x Adidas Samba Collection releasing?
The release date has not yet been announced by the two brands. However, several sources indicate that the Made In Germany pairs will release during March 2024. The same sources also indicate that the third "Mesa" colorway will release during April 2024.
As mentioned above, Adidas has already released official images of the “Off-White” pair. For now, they have not shared images of the other two color schemes. See below for images of all three new color schemes while we wait for more release details from JJJJound and the Adidas Originals team.
