Jordan Brand gave us an early look at its latest women’s exclusive pair of Air Jordan 4, the Air Jordan 4 Retro "Frozen Moments", during a SNKRS Live in May 2023.
The Air Jordan 4 Retro “Frozen Moments” pays tribute to the early days of Michael Jordan’s career. Its name – taken from a TV commercial that first aired in 1997 – refers to key moments from the athlete’s NBA playing days. This specific colorway likely alludes to “The Shot” against the Cleveland Cavaliers in 1989, the same year the Air Jordan 4 made its debut.
In terms of its design, the “Frozen Moments” appears in “Light Iron Ore” and “Neutral Grey”, colors predominantly used on the upper, covering the layered leather and velvet beneath the “Metallic Silver” wings. The “Sail” midsole and complementary accents complete the look, along with the white Jumpman logo on the tongue and small black details on the mesh.
