
Jordan Brand is launching a special limited-edition Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG during Winter 2024 in collaboration with Howard University.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG "Howard University" is releasing during Winter 2024, marking the first Air Jordan x HBCU (Historically Black Colleges & Universities) collaboration. The launch takes place on October 12, 2024 at a price of 799 lei on Nike.com and at partner retailers.
Howard University is a private, federally chartered university with HBCU status in Washington, D.C. The university ranks 2nd among HBCU colleges and universities. Howard University is also the leading producer of African-American students who enroll in medical schools in the United States. To celebrate these achievements, Jordan Brand is giving them their first Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG.
Although we do not yet know the exact color blocking, we already have a mock-up from zSneakerHeadz and Sneaker Files. According to them, both the upper and the midsole are "Sail", while the panels are red. The Swoosh is blue, featuring either glitter or 3M. The pair is set to release in a unisex size run from US 3.5 to US 18. The official release date has not been announced.
