According to early reports, Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Royal" is currently expected to return as part of Holiday 2026. Retailer images show the familiar black-and-royal-blue makeup in Retro High OG form, depsite early ‘85 build pairs being previewed earlier this year.

The pair comes with style code IQ5495-005, an official "Black / Multi-Color" colorway, a $185 retail price, and is expected to release on October 10th, 2026. Black leather forms the quarter panels, eyestays, overlays, collar, and laces, while royal blue leather covers the perforated toe box, Swoosh, heel, and ankle flap. Black Wings branding sits on the royal ankle flap, and blue Nike Air labels add a matching hit to the padded tongues. Underneath, a clean white midsole separates the upper from the royal rubber outsole, whose concentric forefoot pivot circle, radial grooves, and segmented traction blocks complete the Air Jordan 1 setup. Nike has not confirmed any information about this release, with the brand generally working in secrecy until the release date is officially announced.
