Jordan Brand is working on a new Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG for Fall 2025, this time in the "Black / Muslin" color scheme.
Alongside the Air Jordan 1 High "UNC" release during the Summer of 2025, the brand is also launching an AJ1 based on white and black. The pair comes in a "Black / Black / Muslin" color scheme, but the color blocking is not yet known. It is possible that this is a new product code for the Air Jordan 1 "Self Expression" release. The sneakers predominantly use the "Black" color – as a result, we can expect a mostly black upper, or black panels. The model will release in a full family size run. Nike has not yet confirmed the rumors about this new release. In general, the brand avoids confirming rumors about limited-edition drops. We expect to learn more details about the release starting during the Summer of 2025.
When is the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Black / Muslin” releasing?
The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Black / Muslin" is launching during the Summer of 2025 on Nike.com and at select Air Jordan Retro partner stores. The brand has not yet announced an official release date. However, we already know that the model is part of Nike’s seasonal catalog for Fall 2025, so we expect a release sometime between July and September 2025. Check out the mock-up below for a possible color blocking layout while we wait for more release details.
In other news, the famous Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "UNC" is releasing again in 2025. The color scheme is one of the first colorways from 1985 (also known as "OG Colorways"), inspired by the University of North Carolina colors.
