Jordan Brand is launching the Air Jordan 1 Low ’85 "Royal" during Spring 2025, celebrating 10 years since the release of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG "Royal".
UPDATE 02/09/2025: Although the release was canceled according to several industry sources, multiple stores in Europe have uploaded the product on their websites (or displayed the pair in-store). Among these retailers are both SVD (Spain) and the Size? chain (UK). According to Sivasdescalzo, the official release date for this product is February 22, 2025.
UPDATE 10/21/2024: According to multiple industry sources, the Air Jordan 1 Low ’85 "Royal" is no longer releasing. Although the pair was scheduled to launch during Spring 2025, this release has been canceled, just like the Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG "Rust Pink" release.
UPDATE 11/19/2024: Despite the fact that several sources have confirmed the release was canceled, JD Sports has uploaded images of the new colorway. At the moment we do not know if the pair shown in the photos is a sample. Unfortunately, for now we do not have any information about a possible release. See below the images of the Air Jordan 1 Low ’85 "Royal".
The new pair of Air Jordan 1 High ’85 was revealed by Sole Retriever on X (formerly Twitter), where they published a mockup showing a possible color blocking. Later on, several sources such as SneakerFiles and zSneakerHeadz confirmed the product code as well as the color scheme. The pair is set to release in a unisex size run from 3.5 US to 18 US. The release date has not been confirmed yet, but we can expect it to start releasing from January 2025. In general, Nike releases an Air Jordan 1 Low ’85 model during every Spring. Nike has not yet officially confirmed the release of this model.
When is the Air Jordan 1 Low ’85 Royal releasing?
The Air Jordan 1 Low ’85 "Royal" is scheduled to release during Spring 2025 on Nike SNKRS and at Air Jordan Retro partner retailers. At the moment, Nike has not yet announced an official release date. However, we can expect the new Air Jordan 1 Low to start arriving at specialty sneaker stores beginning January 2025. Check out a mockup below (via SneakerFiles and zSneakerHeadz) while we wait for more release details.
